Sharing results: educational online platform

Following the production of WP2-3-4, we will create the EACH toolkit for ECEC practitioners. The toolkit will systematise knowledge and good practices acquired throughout the development of the project, so as to make them available to a wider audience. It will integrate all the project outputs in one consistent set of tools that would help practitioners working in the ECEC area fulfil effective educational interventions on KBDT.

The toolkit will offer ECEC practitioners a coherent system that covers all the relevant aspects related to the planning, design, development and evaluation of educational activities concerning KBDT in the early years: consulting and expanding the knowledge base, exploring and promoting participatory and collaborative approaches to digital technologies, fostering the growth and transfer of key competences and capabilities, and evaluating the quality of learning and participation in relation to identified needs.

It will be organised as an open and interactive online platform, which will allow teachers and stakeholders to: Consult examples of good practices from the project; add examples of good practices developed by their services; provide comments and suggestions about continuous improvement of practices; Familiarise with the project guidelines for participatory and collaborative approach to digital technologies; help improve and enrich them through reflections and reciprocal feedback; Encourage the development of key competences on the use of digital technologies in the early years through case studies provided by the project; help improve and enrich those competences by analysing and discussing examples from their daily practice;

Support systematic self-assessment of KBDT practices through the use of indicators supplied by the project; discuss the outcomes of the assessment and define new indicators for their services.
